This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Consig AI's services including our website, cloud-based services, APIs, and applications (the "Cloud Service"). It forms part of the Terms of Service or Cloud Service Agreement between you and Consig AI, Inc. Consig AI reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Consig AI reserves the sole right to determine whether any activity violates this AUP.

Section 1: General Obligations

You must operate lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Service Integrity

The following are prohibited:

  • Negatively affecting service availability, reliability, or stability
  • Conducting DoS or DDoS attacks
  • Circumventing security mechanisms or authentication
  • Overusing resources that degrade performance for others

Security & Access

The following are prohibited:

  • Misusing credentials or sharing passwords
  • Gaining unauthorized access to systems
  • Transmitting harmful code such as viruses or trojans

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

The following are prohibited:

  • Violating federal, state, provincial, or local laws
  • Violating the TCPA, TSR, CASL, or other telemarketing regulations
  • Initiating calls or texts without required consent
  • Failing to honor opt-out requests
  • Exposing Consig AI to HIPAA, PCI DSS, or GDPR liability

Content Restrictions

The following are prohibited:

  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Sending spam or unsolicited advertisements
  • Transmitting harassing, threatening, or defamatory content
  • Misrepresenting identity
  • Harvesting personal information without consent

Prohibited Use Cases

The following are prohibited:

  • Promoting illegal products or services
  • Activities related to fraud, scams, or phishing
  • Contacting emergency services (911/E911)

Section 2: TCPA & Telemarketing Compliance

For outbound calling or messaging, you must:

  • Obtain required consents under TCPA laws
  • Maintain consent documentation
  • Comply with time restrictions and caller ID requirements
  • Honor Do Not Call requests
  • Use lawful dialing practices without spoofing

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing your communications.

Section 3: Enforcement & Remedies

Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Blocking or throttling of communications
  • Legal action for damages and injunctive relief
  • Cooperation with law enforcement

Consig AI's failure to enforce any provision does not waive its rights.

Section 4: Emergency Services Disclaimer

Consig AI services do not support calls to emergency services (e.g., 911, E911). You must use alternative methods for emergency communications. Consig AI disclaims liability for any inability to access emergency services through our platform.

Section 5: Reporting Violations

Report violations to abuse@consig.ai with sufficient detail to identify the issue.
